Stretch blow moulding machine is to inject molten plastic into the mold, and after the mold is cooled, the plastic parts are formed. Then, the shape of the formed blank is properly stretched by heating, and finally cooled to obtain a blow moulding machine for container products.
1. Injection of molten plastic: Add plastic particles to the heating system of the machine to melt it into viscous plastic.
2. Mold Cooling: Molten plastic is injected into the mold, which is then cooled to form the plastic part.
3. Heating and stretching: Based on the shape of the molded blank, it is heated and stretched appropriately to obtain a container of the required size.
4. Cooling and shaping: Finally, the heated and stretched container is cooled and shaped to maintain a stable shape.
Stretch blow molding machine are usually produced from plastic materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, etc., and can produce containers of various shapes and sizes. The blow moulding machine has the advantages of high efficiency and high degree of automation; and is widely used in the packaging production of food, medicine, cosmetics and other industries.
