5L-30L urea barrel blow molding machine adopts the spiral mandrel combination system, which is highly adaptable, and the multi-section structure reaches 6 layers. The urea barrel blow molding equipment head adopts rheological design, each layer has a good circumferential distribution, the raw material is evenly distributed, and it can process a wide range of plastic raw materials. The blow molding machine has good self-cleaning function at low extrusion volume.

Extrusion system: hard tooth surface reducer + imported frequency converter
Die head system: accumulator type die head
Hydraulic system: all imported hydraulic valves, seals + servo electro-hydraulic control
Control system: The blow molding machine adopts imported PLC + imported man-machine interface (touch screen) + PLC automatic temperature control module
